We're looking for someone who doesn't simply want another retail job, we're looking for someone who wants to help build something special!
As our Suiting Sales & Operations Lead, you'll become the face of our growing Suit & Tuxedo department while helping shape its future. This position is designed for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys sales, building relationships, creating systems, and growing a business.
This role begins as an hourly leadership position with a clear pathway toward becoming the full-time Suit & Tuxedo Department Manager as the department continues to grow.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer experiences
Style customers for weddings, prom, black-tie events, and special occasions
Guide customers through suit purchases and tuxedo rentals
Build lasting relationships with wedding parties and repeat clients
Help customers feel confident during life's biggest celebrations
help GROW the department
Develop new ideas to increase sales and expand the business
Build relationships with local schools, wedding venues, planners, photographers, DJs, and other community partners
Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and promotions
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and grow revenue
LEAD daily operations
Maintain an organized, visually inspiring showroom
Assist with inventory management and merchandising
Coordinate rental orders and customer appointments
Help establish systems and procedures that support long-term growth
